Allthough, Statistical Inferences using machine learning are not new and have been around for many years and perhaps decades, however these are now possible using SAP HANA and allowing readily available enterprise data to work upon for business and data insights.

Predict if your employees will be leaving the organization or not ?
Are there some strong predictors or employee or organization or work attributes that are strongly contributing towards employee attrition ? Is work commute distance contributing more than current wages employee decisions ? Is career progression stagnation or certain managers are the major reasons ?
